I Have a pain literally I tore a ten dent in my right arm some 5 weeks ago! And its stealthy got worse in pain and now I have a frozen shoulder, it did not help me pulling it on to occasions to making it even painful¬ So I have had to just lay up some to try to get it better so no trike for some time, not till in to new year at least the way its going. Hopefully start again in the New Year, merry Exams and a happy new year. From Graham and family.
