More great videos Graham. You have some nice areas for riding by the looks of it.
ReplyDeleteI got a couple of questions I hope you can help me with.
You seem to have had a few things go wrong with the FSX like gears and spokes. I am thinking of getting either an FSX or a standard Sprint for touring on and I am getting a bit worried that maybe the FSX has some potential to go wrong during a tour. Would you say your other Sprint would be more suited to long distance touring?
Secondly - Would you be able to hazard a guess at whether you think it would be possible to get it in a box to take on a plane? I imagine it wouldn't fit in a normal bike cardboard delivery box but I wonder if it would fit in something if it is unassembled quite a bit.
Cheers,
Andy
Hi Andy
ReplyDeleteThe Problems are Just things that happened that I missed the gear changing was Just I had not cheeked it was OK when I put the trike together the spokes well again that’s just something that can happen with parts that are upper end sporty, if it happens it’s a half Hr Job just tweaking them up and that should be OK then, The only big problem was the gear pack but it was a manufacturing Problem not of ICE making and that has been resolved all the new one’s have the new Packs on them so that will not be a problem, the wheels I would think the shop you get it from will do any thing like that for you on its first service, all in all I like the RSX a lot it does what I need it to do.
Standard Sprint for touring
ReplyDeleteThat is what I have Standard Sprint for touring and RSX for club runs
The FRs I thought on touring less to go wrong
But I do not know much about F suspension
